The classical order of 60 reformer exercises, from Footwork to Russian Splits, with variations for Fundamental, Intermediate and Advanced levels. For every exercise: spring, headrest and footbar settings, movement description, versions and modifications, purpose, working, stabilising and stretching muscles, and photos of each phase of the movement.

• Team of up to 5 instructors – you may share the file with up to 5 instructors in your team.
• Team of up to 10 instructors – you may share the file with up to 10 instructors in your team.
• Whole studio – for all instructors of one studio (1 location).

The licence does not cover reselling or sharing the file publicly. Details in the Terms of Service.
