What data we process and why

  1. Fulfilling your order and the contract (first name, last name, e-mail, phone, delivery address, invoice details): Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
  2. Accounting, invoicing and tax obligations: Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.
  3. Handling complaints, returns and possible claims, and preventing fraud: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).
  4. Newsletter and marketing messages, if you have consented to them: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You may withdraw your consent at any time.

Who we share data with

  1. The shop platform provider (Shopify), payment operators (Shopify Payments), the courier company (InPost), our accounting office and IT and e-mail service providers – only to the extent needed to perform their tasks.
  2. Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In such cases we apply the safeguards provided for in the GDPR, e.g. standard contractual clauses or European Commission adequacy decisions.

How long we keep data

  1. Order-related data is kept for the period required by tax law (usually 5 years from the end of the tax year) and until the limitation periods for claims expire.
  2. Data processed on the basis of consent – until consent is withdrawn.

Your rights

  1. You have the right to access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict its processing, data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest.
  2. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw).
  3. Providing your data is voluntary but necessary to place and fulfil an order.
