This English version is provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Polish version prevails.

Returns and complaints

Socks and other goods. You have 14 days from receiving your parcel to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason. E-mail us at info@pilangopilates.com with your order number, then send the goods back within 14 days to: Pilango, ul. Księcia Witolda 38-40, unit U8, 50-202 Wrocław, Poland. You can also return them in person at the studio. Please return unworn socks in their original packaging. You cover the cost of sending the goods back. We will refund the money, including the cost of the cheapest delivery option, within 14 days using the same payment method.

PDF materials. The files are available for download immediately after payment. By placing your order you agree to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal (Art. 38(1)(13) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act). If a file is damaged or does not match its description, write to us and we will provide a correct version or refund your money.

Complaints. If a product is defective, e-mail info@pilangopilates.com with your order number and a description of the problem (ideally with a photo). We will reply within 14 days. Details can be found in the Terms of Service.
